Hello friends,

I am sharing my experience of Tech Mahindra on campus drive on 21/09/15 and 22/09/15. It was a 2 day process. On day 1 we had aptitude exam and there was a technical interview and on day 2 there was HR interview.

There were 4 rounds in total,

1. Aptitude.
2. Essay writing
3. Technical Interview.
4. HR Interview.

Round 1.

First there is an online aptitude test . In which there are 130 question. To be completed in 80 min.

130 question = 70 question from verbal.

60 question from quant and Lr.

One thing that\'s going to keep you relaxed while attempting the exam is VERBAL. Majority of the questions are from English and the next priority goes to Reasoning. Quant plays minor part in the written and also you can solve them very easily.

Round 2:

There generate corresponding result acc. To their cut: Off. If you are selected then there is a essay writing test for 10 minutes. The submission of test is not automated.

out of 431 students, 61 were selected after round 1 n 2

Round 3:

Technical interview- for the technical round you need to prepare your core subjects well and along with that C or Java and be confident at your favourite subjects. For the technical round you need a little bit luck also.

Round 4:

out of 61 students, 41 were selected for HR.

It was for 40 minutes, there were simple questions like.

Tell me about yourself, Family, Weakness, Strengths. Why do they hire you, Why are you interested to join company etc.

It is so simple but keep confidence.

Finally 33 were selected.

One thing I understood that keeping eye contact during an interview is very important. You need to be confident and honest. That\'s all. AND do your homework well! not just about the company but also about the recent IT trends and whatever you say you like or have mentioned in your CV.

And the important thing, never lose hope. Know yourself and your abilities. Even if you fail, that is not the end. Much more is yet to come. Believe in yourself and be focused.

Hope this will help you.
