Hello friends, I am Vartika Recently I got a campus placement in the company Tech Mahindra. The company arrived on 8th sep 2015 in my college JSS Academy of Technical Education.
First there is an online aptitude test on 8th sept 2015. In which there are 130 question. To be completed in a 75 min.
130 question = 70 question from verbal.
60 question from quant and Lr.
There generate corresponding result acc. To their cut: Off. If you are selected then there is a essay writing test for 10 minutes. The submission of test is not automated.
After Qualifying the test there is a technical interview.
In my technical interview, interviewer asks.
Sir: First I would like to know that there is any problem related to the location where ever in India.
Me: No.
Sir: Is there any Shift problem night shift or morning shift.
Me: No.
Sir: Which languages have you read.
Me: C, C++, JAVA, HTML, SQL.
Sir: I didn\'t ask you the question related to these languages. I want to check your logicas.
Me: Ok sir.
Sir: I want you to make a software that will determine after scanning the palm of a person what size of a phone will he/she have to use.
Me: Answered and he satisfies.
Sir: I want you to make a software that will determine the customer that he/she will have to go that section for purchasing the different items like shoes, clothes, etc. Acc. To there size.
Me: Answered and he satisfies.
Sir: Make a software that will determine the amount of salt required in that Namkeen. How will you make it.
Me: Answered and he satisfies.
Sir: Then he asked me a to make a software for a ball ballet something related to the mechanics, to separate the bad ones from the good one.
Me: I said sorry sir I don\'t know this term. So firstly he told me about that. Then I answered how to make a software for it. And he satisfies with all my answers.
Sir: He asks me if I had any question.
Me: I asked him what kind of work I have to do in there company. He answered me very firmly. And told wait for the result we will announce.
So I came back to my hostel.
On the next day the result announced and I got selected for the HR interview.
My name was on the 2nd place to give the HR. I entered the room and wish him a good morning sir.
Sir: Good Morning.
Sir: Tell me about yourself.
Me: Answered.
Sir: Which place do you like the most your college place or the hometown.
Me: Answered and he smiled to my answer.
Sir : How did you self: Motivate yourself.
Me: Answered and he satisfies.
Sir: I am giving you a topic you will have to speak on it for 5-7 minutes. The topic is "India".
Me: Answered.
Sir: Can you balance your professional and personal life.
Me: Answered very well.
Sir: Do you have any problem with any location of working and to the shifting to you and your family.
Me: Answered very well.
Sir: Thank you, do you have any question.
Me: When I join your company what things I have to do for my growth.
He answered me very firmly.
On the night of the 9th sep 2015 results announced and I got selected.
