I am Sudheer from Andhra Pradesh. Basically, I am from ECE background. I got selected for the Company in Sep 2014.
First of all, let me give u a brief details about the selection process.

3. Technical round.
4. HR round.
1) Written round:(170 questions).
One thing that's going to keep you relaxed while attempting the exam is VERBAL. Majority of the questions are from English and the next priority goes to Reasoning. Quant plays minor part in the written and also you can solve them very easily.
Verbal topics(100 marks) :
Direct and indirect speech.
Active passive voice.
Synonyms and antonyms.
Subject verb agreement.
Reasoning(50 marks) :
Problems on alphabets.
Quantitative(20 marks) :
Simple and compound interest.
Profit and loss.
Speed time distance.
Time and work.
2) Essay writing:(No elimination).
Topics are so simple no worry about it. Use good Handwriting and good vocabulary that's it. Train yourself to write at-least one page on anything.
3) Technical round:
If you crack the Written round,you are almost all in front of the Company gate.
Some of the questions I faced in this round.
1. Tell me about yourself
2. Your hobbies.
3. Why did you get only 74 percent?
4. Let me know your favourite subjects.(He asked 7 to 8 questions in our core subjects).
5. Why should I hire you?
I answered every question without any trouble and he was impressed. Only thing is, No one is perfect so, just assure him that you are a good resource for the Company.
Human Resource Manager's main role is to pick out the Best candidates from the remaining and provide them to Company. One thing you always have to remember is...Just feel relaxed friends!!!!Say what's on your mind and don't create things.They are wise enough to realise whether you are speaking truth or not.

2. Some C and java questions(Very basic type).
3. What are your hobbies?
4. What do u want to become?
Key points to remember in any interview:
--> Always come to the point quickly. No one is interested to listen all the garbage other than what is asked.
--> Do not mention how much salary you want in any interview.
--> If you don't know something, say 'I don't know'. DO NOT ACT. Atleast they get impressed for not wasting their time.
--> Lastly, Stay positive.
