HI friends I got selected in Tech Mahindra. It was on campus. There were 4 rounds.
1. Written test.
In written test questions were from aptitude, english and verbal.
Nearly 60% of questions were from english there were 11 sections and each section had 60%sectional cut off and over all cut off was 85% (upper cut off was considered & it depends on HRs) questions were so simple very easy but time management should be there. For aptitude refer IndiaBix it is more than enough.
Nearly 500-600 people attended and only 38 cleared written test.
2. Essay writing.
My topic was Time is money. 300 words had to be written in 10 minutes. Some how all 38 students cleared it.
3. Technical interview.
The interviewer asked me to do self introduction I started and I was from ECE so he asked me so so simple questions. I cleared it.
4. HR interview.
I was asked nearly 10 questions.
How much confident are you about technical interview.
What are your strengths.
What are leadership qualities.
What is difference between leader and boss.
If suppose there is any conflict in your team and if you are the team leader how would you solve it.
What is your long term goal.
What is your favourite pass time.
Till now how many companies did you attend and what did you learn from that experience.
In 10th, inter you got more % and why it reduced in B-Tech.
Tell me one reason why should I hire you.
Are you confident that you will get through this interview.
I said yes sir am sure that I will get through.
He asked me Do you have any questions.
I asked him my doubts.
He said you can wait outside.
After waiting for 2 hours I came to know that I got selected that was an amazing moment in my life. Only 18 were selected.
I read so many interview experiences in IndiaBix and I was able to answer all those Hr questions with confidence. I attended 4 companies and I was rejected and finally selected in Tech mahindra.
Am very very very thankful to IndiaBix. Interview experiences that I read in indiabix were helpful for me I hope that for at-least 1 person this could be helpful.
