Hi friends this is A. V. PRAVEEN KUMAR pursuing my final year in JNTU, Pulivendula with computer science background. Hope you all tensed about "Tech Mahindra" written test as well as TR and HR. Here, I want to share my experience with You.
On Dec 26, tech m visited our campus I didn\'t even prepared for written. ! Casually went to lab and started my session to write test. Actually I want to say you one thing last night I watched movie upto 2.00 am. Don\'t know what happens. Unfortunately I cracked written. It is so easy. One can easy break written if he/she is good at chatting :p true in my case. Next some form filling and next they will give exactly 10 min to analyze and write an essay. It is the important thing one must notice because in our campus 250 members attended written 70 got selected after essay only 27 members were selected for next round.
TR started. As I said I didn\'t even prepared for written I\'m sitting in front of interviewer. I was tensed. I said the same to him. Interviewer made me settle comfortably. Then he asked some questions regarding my personal. Then the interview begins. I stressed much about computer that I can work efficiently in system environment than theoretical. So, he asked questions regarding system hardware Answered. !

What is networking?
What is your fav. Subject? Answered Web technologies.
What is php?
Do you know anything about UNIX os?
Why \'grep\' command is used?
What is PL/sql?
The above questions are asked depending on my resume. Because I mentioned those in my resume. So prepare well what are the topics you placed in your resume.
Don\'t panic that you will be selected for HR or not because in tech m who are attended for TR also will enter into HR max.

What are your strengths and weaknesses ?
What are the qualities of team leader ?
Where are you from ?
Do you have prob with relocation ?
Everything went perfect. ! next what placed in TECH M. ! Really I didn\'t even dreamed that I\'m going to place. Just be confident in your answers. Don\'t loose hope.
