Tech Mahindra Interview Experience - Raipur, October 9, 2014

Hello, Everyone!
I have attended campus drive of Tech Mahindra at our college SSIPMT, Raipur in which 500+ students participated. The pattern was same as -
1. Online test - 170 questions 80 min.
-> 100- Verbal.
-> 70- Logical Reasoning + Quant.
Just remember that time management is the key. Try to solve english section first within 25-30 min as it will give you an edge to solve all the questions.
It was an elimination round and only 81 were selected.
Next day,
TR and HR.
We were given a sheet to write an essay on a given random topic which was to be taken along with other documents during interview.
Interview started after 10 min around 9:30 am. Then the waiting begins.
First at 4 pm i was told that my turn is next for Technical interview, but after sitting there for like an hour and preparing my self to face the interview I was told to come later.
Again waiting.
Finally my turn came at 3:30 am in the morning yes that\'s right. My interview lasted for an hour almost. And it was quite smooth. As i was an electronics student he only asked basics of my subjects like.
- Logic families.
- Flip flop.
- Channel quality requirement.
The key was to be remain cheerful even at the time showing 3:30 am.
After Technical Interview, I was called for HR, unlike Technical Interview it lasted for only 10 mkn.
Only asked ,
- Since how long have you been woken up.
- Satellite working.
- Are you feeling tired - Said no with a big smile.
- Then he said okay go I won\'t bother you anymore now.
- He was just checking the attitude and communication skills. But do take it seriously because Many were eliminated in that round also.
Finally at 7 am results were announced and out of those 81 who cleared written only 40 were.
Selected and I was one of them.
Just be happy and keep calm.
