Hai friends, I would like to thank IndiaBix which helped me to get placement in Tech Mahindra.
Tech Mahindra visited our college on 15th September 2014. All the selection process completed in the same day. Be ready with every aspect(Aptitude, English, Interview).
First, they given a pre-placement talk about the selection process at 9:30 am
1). Written exam includes 170 question(100 English and 70 reasoning and aptitude) time given is 80 minutes. I thought that time is insufficient to answer all questions but if we can manage time we can complete the exam with in time. Out of 1000 applicants 108 were qualified the written exam.
We are asked to write an essay on a random topic with in five minutes. It is not for elimination but to check the writing skills of the candidate. They the essay while interview.
2). Technical HR round taken place at 3 pm.
This interview taken for 15 minutes.
1. Tell about yourself?
2. Why Tech Mahindra?
3. Some Basics of C language.
4. Tell about your favourite subject for five minutes?
5. Explain your project?
6. Why should we hire you?
That\'s it, he asked me to go for HR round.
3). HR round taken place at 4:30 pm.
Entire HR Round tool only 10 minutes and I answered all question smoothly and confidently.
1. Tell about your strengths and weakness?
2. Who inspired you and what do you learnt from him?
3. Who is a leader and what are leadership skills?
4. Where do you see yourself in after five year?
5. Why should I hire you?
6. Why Tech Mahindra?
7. Are you ready to sign the bond for two years?
8. what is the difference between hard work and smart work?
9. Why India is called Sub Continent?
I have explained all the question with confidence.
Results announced at 8 pm.
Finally 53 were selected and I am one of those.
