Hi all,
I will begin with expressing my gratitude to the indiabix site, because it helped me a lot in getting through. Thank you one and all who are involved in the back end.
The interview, which I expected in the beginning to be little tough went easier than I could have imagined it to be.
The first round was aptitude which included 170 questions, with 100 from verbal part and rest from non verbal part. The happy news to me personally was that the quant which I find difficult was only for 15 questions.
I thought the time will not be sufficient so ran through the questions quickly but I was left with 13 min at the end.
So if you can plan well and finish the English part quickly, which can really be solved, you will be left with a lot of time in the end to solve the rest.
Even the quant, I found as easy. Among the 15 questions, about 10 questions were from the partnership problems, which can be solved by ratio method.
English is the easy part, which includes the basic questions about the grammar.
Logical reasoning and finding the next image in the series are also easier.
The key thing is how you\'re gonna manage time.
And the best thing about the test is, once you click submit button, it will show you whether you\'ve cleared the test are not. So no waiting, no tension. !
Once you\'ve cleared the apti, another window will appear which is to write the passage about a random topic, 1200 words in 10 min. ! But don\'t worry it is not necessary to reach the 1200 mark, all they are looking for is 10 or 20 sentences with proper construction and meaning.
Anyway its a non elimination round, don\'t worry.
I was excited after I cleared apti and went to the technical round with that zeal.
The basic thing about clearing the Tech Mahindra interview is showcasing your communication abilities.
Even in the technical round also the panel was so friendly and they will make you feel comfortable. He asked me about the project I\'ve done and the languages I know.
It lasted for just 4 min and then I was asked to appear for HR round. It was also comfortable and he asked me if I am ready to work anywhere in India, and why am joining the organization.
So be confident and keep smiling throughout the process. That\'s one thing did without fail.
