Good day job aspirants.
I attended TECH MAHINDRA\'s interview. And sharing my experience here.
I\'m basically a B.Sc candidate in the branch of MECs (Math, electronics & comp.sci).
Its just a very easy interview. I never expected, but turned out to be a disqualified person!
There were 3 rounds.
1) Aptitude.
2) Essay writing.
3) Technical round+HR.
1) Round: the one who has got good basics at english & maths can crack this round easily. As I did there.
2) A little bit of essay we are supposed to write. In a so called good english and don\'t worry, no negative marking here.
3) In this round, he asks all about programming, like. Concepts of C, he may ask us to write a program. My friends got much questions on c.
After that he asks about passions, or tell about yourself etc. etc.
It was so easy for me. To get into all rounds. And he said. You are almost selected!
He asked me to give my resume. And there he saw gaps in my academics. Like. I gave one year gap after 10th & one year gap after intermediate. But still maintaining good % like. 89% in X, 80% in inter, &79% in degree. But still.
He said sorry. Because., its company\'s rule, not to allow candidates. With more than 1 year gap in academics.
All my lecturers felt sorry. But still I don\'t lose hope.
