Hello aspirants!
The interview was intended for hiring functional designer for PLM(Product Lifecycle Management) based solutioning.
It was held at TechM\'s office, and the Project Manager himself was interviewing me whilst some senior members from Pune and Hyderabad were in touch via telephonic conference.
- It started with an intro, mainly focusing on my projects (academical/industrial).
- They asked basics about "PLM". I was prepared beforehand and also told \'em the benefits and usage of PLM software tools (Enovia, Teamcenter etc.).
This was the game-maker as the software based knowledge is scarce and this impressed them. You can easily get basic tutorial videos about the aforementioned software on YouTube. Watch a few before sitting for the interview.
- Later they asked about my extra-curricular activities and the option for job location I chose Bhubaneswar).
It was a 20-30 mins interview and 3 out of 16 shortlisted guys were selected for the PLM domain.
