HI friends. I have attended for Tech Mahindra on-campus drive on 14th may 2014.
There are 4 rounds of Interview. Each round is an elimination.
1st round : aptitude (170 questions 80 minutes).
Its wise to complete english section first (tenses, articles, prepositions, reading passage etc).
And then go for logical reasoning (verbal and nonverbal). Quant questions will be very much less around 10-20. Rest all logical and english.
Around 200 members had taken the written test 37 cleared the round.
2nd round : group discussion.
Out of 37, 21 cleared the round.
3rd round : Technical Round.
Be thorough with all basic programs and basic concepts. Make sure you know what you have written in your resume. Be prepared with your project.
Out of 21, 16 cleared the round.
4th round : HR.
All 16 were selected. I am one among them. :).
