Hello Friends,

I am Mahendra Sethiya from IIST, Indore.

It was a pool campus. There were mainly three rounds.

1. Written (Logical Reasoning, Aptitude, Verbal ability).
2. Technical Interview.
3. HR Interview.

Written:

Friends written is very easy if you are done with the Logical reasoning and major topics of R. S agarwal qaunt and also common English usage.

There should be a strategy because there were a common cutoff for aptitude and reasoning. English has its own cutoff.

I made the logical reasoning first and done 49 out off 50 then completed some aptitude questions After that I totally focused on Verbal sections. In the Evening, result announced and I got selected for the next round.

Technical Interview:

I entered the room with permission than asked for seat. Than he told me to Introduce myself?

Answered.

Than he asked me for my favorite subject?

I told then he looked at my mark sheet for that particular subject grade and fortunately it was B+.

He asked me some electronics core questions ?

I answered some and for some of them I said sorry but with confidence.

He asked me some questions from CoreJava as I mentioned corejava in my skills. ?

I answered all.

He asked me that you are ready to relocate?

I told YES.

He asked me that you are ready to work in shifts?

I told YES.

He asked me that you are ready to work in gulf countries?

I told yes with more confidence but not over conf.

He asked me that you are ready to work in Nigeria?

I told yes my cousin is working in Nigeria so I don\'t have any problem.

He asked that Are you veg. Or NonVeg. ?

I told NonVeg. (I am not but I told).

That he told thank you Mahendra you can go now.

I told thanku so much sir.

Then in the evening there were my name on the top of the list of selected candidates.

There were a surprise round of essay writing and extempore. My topic was "color".

My HR round was on 12th March 2014. It was a crucial time for me to wait for HR Interview.

I entered the room. He asked me usual que.

Tell me about yourself?
I told.

Family Background?
Told.

Told me that any question from me?
I asked about the joining date.

I felt that my interview was Good because I answered well.

BUT IN THE FINAL SELECTED LIST MY NAME WAS NOT THERE. I was totally depressed.
