Hi friends I attended Tech mahindra on 28. The process is as follow.

1. Online test.
2. Essay.
3. Tech interview.
4. Hr interview.

Test is verbal if you are good in it and test will be easy.

Essay round they\'ll give a sheet with topic and then ll ask you to write a essay if you have cleared online test.

Then tech interview nothing great all ll be very basic questions from your area of interest just a overview in that subject is enough they see for good communication.

Last is Hr there to only communication.

I cleared test and tech interview too. But got rejected the reason is that my handwriting was not good in essay.

They say that there is no elimination in essay but its my fate only me got rejected in that even though I got good marks in Tech Hr.

So friends give importance to your presentation in essay all other is easy.

It\'s my great experience with such a small mistake missed a good chance. You people don\'t repeat it.
