Placement Papers - Tech Mahindra

Hey. I got placed in Tech-mahindra and I would like to guide you for Interview.

Process started with aptitude test, 170 questions in 80 minutes.

Questions were easy. Just time management is required. I solved basic English sections first then finally solved Numerical Section. Partnership questions were more.

If you clear the aptitude and good in communication skills then you will be selected.

Next round was Essay and Extempore round.

In essay my topic was - \'Technology Boon or Bane. \'.

For speaking my topic was - \'When the going gets tough, the tough get going\'.

There was no elimination in this round.

Technical Questions - (There were 5 persons. Mine was very friendly).

1 - How Whatsapp works.

2 - About my Project.

3 - Tell me something about Android in your Phone. (I am doing certification in android programming Hence He asked me that question. ).

4 - MVC architecture (I am from electronics dept but It is included in android course. ).

5 - How you spend time at home. ?

6 - What do you search on the Internet generally. (I told him that it depends on situation. ).

HR Questions - There was only one HR (He was also very friendly).

1 - Tell me about yourself?

2 - What are your hobbies?

3 - How was your night?

4 - Some technical questions on MPMC. :)?

They selected most of us who cleared the technical round.

Hence I will say.

1 - Speak fluently.

2 - Keep smile on the face.

3 - Ask questions before leaving e.g Sir tell me about the infrastructure of company etc. Which shows confidence.

4 - Don\'t make grammatical and spelling mistakes in your essay.

5 - Before starting the extempore wait and think for a minute then organize your thoughts and then start speaking.
