Hi,
Firstly I would like to thank indiabix.com, which moulded & helped me a lot to kick Start my career.
It was an off campus event and we got a mail with admit card 10 days prior to the interview. Interview was on jan 30, 2014 and the interview process started early at 8am. We were made to sit in a seminar hall and informed about the round of interviews and test pattern.
As usual the first round was an online test of 170 Q\'s to be answered in 80 minutes with verbal 100 and apti 70. Most of the shortlisting was done in the online test, if you clear the online test there is a 80% chance of getting the job. I cleared the online test and then they verified all the documents during which we were asked to write an essay.
My topic Was "Is global warming dangerous ? give reasons?".
Then came the technical round, I was a bit nervous as there was no time gap b/w my online test and TR, Everything happened very quickly. My TR was like this.
1) Tell me about yourself?
2) Tell me about your daily routine?
3) Tell me about oops concepts?
As I was answering the question he asked about inheritance which I answered first.
4) How do you Insert a Query?
5) What is the use of Javascript (I Wrote it in my resume under skills) ?
6) Any query?
It was all done in 5-6 min, they mostly ask what will be in your resume.
Average time of others was 15 min so I was tensely waiting for my result outside.
Luckily I was called for HR round, a Big Relief.
HR asked me about my education background, family background, some q\'s from essay which I have written earlier, strength\'s, why should I hire u? (he asked few technical stuff as I said I\'m having excellent technical skills) , what you did all these days after graduation (as I was a 2013 passout).
Then I was said to wait outside, few minutes later a result was announced. At last Got It!
My word never lose hope, learn from your failures, success will come one Day.
