Hello everyone,
I attended the drive happened in our college campus. More than 500 students attended the drive, off that nearly 250 students cleared the apti, but unfortunately due to sectional cut off in the verbal sections, only 91 students were shortlisted.
Next was the technical round, we are asked to write essays before attending that. I got " Does the youth spends all it earns?". Do write well in this essay writing, because they are mainly concentrating on our verbal knowledge. The technical round was quite simple and easy, they are mainly concentrating on the basic questions and the interpreting the things on our resume.
Due to lack of time, the executives started leaving and only few of them are asked to come next day for the general HR round. The very next day, only the regional representative came to conduct the HR round. The process started slowly and only 59 of us were there.
What did they asked me in HR?
Nothing more, but just about my schoolings, I keep talking for less than a couple of minutes. To my surprise, he was not attracted wit my Communication skill and was asked to leave. I came to know this when I approached him personally after the result was being announced with a deep segregation and thorough clarification processes. That I wasn\'t selected.
