Tech Mahindra Interview Experience - HYDERABAD, MALLA REDDY COLLEGE, 13th December, 2013

Hello guys. I have attended Tech Mahindra Off-Campus drive in Mallareddy college, Hyderabad and they rejected me in HR (Very sad). I\'m a computer science student in B-Tech 2013 passed out. About 1000 people attended the drive.
1st round : Online Aptitude Test (consisting of 170 questions).
They filtered only 47 members including me out of 1000 who attended Online test.
They gave us an employability application consisting of 3 pages and a topic to write within 10 minutes. The topic is "Talent lies in Urban or Rural areas ? Explain ".
After completion of writing, we have attended the technical interview. They asked about self details and project and basic DBMS stats.
I have done with technical round and they asked me to attend HR interview after few minutes. I was very happy at that time and started HR.
HR done very well with simple and general questions.
Differences between talent, hard work, smart work. Creativity.
HR asked me to attend Bubhaneswar or Noida. I said "sure sir !".
Finally HR asked me to wait few minutes.
I was waiting very happily that I had done well in HR.
After few minutes, one guy came to me and said that I was not cleared the HR and I was stunned at that time.
When I was started leaving, the same guy who asked me to leave came back to me and wondered on watching my profile in front of me with 164 out of 170 in aptitude test, 9 out of 10 in technical round. But he surprisingly asked what\'s wrong with HR ? I replied that I had done my HR very well. Lastly he said that luck comes into play and better luck next time.
I have leaved with this satisfaction.
Finally all the best guys.
