Hi every one,
I attended tech mahindra off campus drive on dec 1st, 2013.
The basic thing you need to have to clear tech mahindra interview is good aptitude skills and communication.
Our batch consisted of 308 students. The first round was written exam. It consisted of 170 questions to be answered in 70 minutes. The paper was really very easy. It consisted of 11 sections and the questions were mainly on english grammar, sentence correction, prepositions, spotting error.
15 questions were from aptitude. , they were really too simple. , jus basic mathematics. 15 questions were from logical reasoning. I would suggest you guys to go with verbal sections first as you can save time for the aptitude at the end.
Now each section will have cut off marks so you must clear each and every section. Out of 308 candidates, 21 were shortlisted after written test.
Then we were given a passage to write. We were asked to fill some forms according to company norms.
The main elimination here will be in technical. The questions will be based on resume so make sure that you know everything you write down in your resume. They also check your communication skills.
For me they asked basic questions from java and SQL.
The last round is HR and they won\'t ask too many questions here.
He asked me jus three questions.
Hr: How was your day?
Me: Fine sir, Thank you.
Hr: Are you willing to relocate?
Me: Yes sir, not a problem at all.
Hr: Any questions you want to ask?
Me: No sir.
After waiting for half an hour they announced the results.
Out of 22 candidates, 12 got selected and yippiee I was in! :).
Now I\'m waiting for my offer letter.
All the best to all of you.
