Interview experience with Talentica for Manual/Automation testing:
Got a call from a consultancy agency regarding opening with Talentica and got my interview scheduled on Wednesday in Pune.
No. of rounds (not an elimination round):
1. Aptitude test
2. Defect logging round
3. Technical interview
4. HR interview.
Aptitude round: Questions were based on analytical ability, test planning, SQL query, writing one C program, test scripting using and automation tool. No options were provided you need to write down the answer.
Defect logging round: They will give you one web page/application and some time. You need to find out defects in that web page and write it down in excel sheet. I found 11 defects in 20 minutes was pretty easy.
Technical interview: They ask the approach of finding the answers in an aptitude test and how you came up with this answer. what was your strategy? etc. Asked questions on SQL and testing questions too. Interview was easy but they had high expectations from whoever candidate they select, moreover their company policy restricts recruitment to premier institutes only.
