Placement Papers - Syntel

I attended Syntel drive through monster college!

First round written Aptitude test was online. It was simple with logical, verbal questions. Then, after 15 days they shortlisted candidates.

After that, they called me for further rounds (GD, Tech, HR). They are very punctual about time, so reach your venue on time. They started the process at 8:30. They will first give you brief introduction about the company.

GD:

Social topics like women make good managers, effect of social media, incursion and cease fire of pakistan Etc.

They look for candidates who speak with confidence, do not cross cut others.

Mostly they were selecting 3-4 candidates per 10.

TECH:

In tech, they usually asked me about my B-Tech Project (So prepare you project in depth) , some OOPS concepts, basics of C++, some Database concepts that's it. It lasted about 35 minutes.

HR:

After 5 minutes they called me for HR round.

- WHY should I hire you?
- Why syntel?
- Are you comfortable relocation?
- Your goals?

And 1 question for HR?

This round was just the formality, The HR will explain you about the companies policy Etc.

Finally, Syntel officer informed "you are selected".
