Hi All, First an apti test was conducted with 90 questions. Guys just try to attempt all of them as the time provided is much less. After that I was selected for further rounds.

1. Group Discussion:

Out of 10 students nearly 2-3 are selected. It does not matter how long you speak, just speak valuable content and be specific and don\'t go off the topic. Most of all don\'t contradict to your opinions. After that round I was told that I was selected.

2. Technical interview:

My technical interview went on for nearly 20 min. First he asked me about my project. Then he asked me all the basic concepts of Object oriented prog. Some java concepts too. Also asked me what is SQL, what are joins, code for swapping of 2 nos, code for pyramid pattern, also dangling pointer, sorting. Guys be confident of what you speak and also do codes related to fibonacci, recursion, reverse no. Etc.

After that I was informed that I was selected for HR round.

3. Personal interview (HR):

He again asked me about my project. My long term and short term aspirations. Why Syntel and why should I hire you. He also asked me about some personal stuff, etc. Guys be confident and answer each and every question to make it through. Also work on your body language. They just focus on your communication skills.

Just after coming out of that room I was told I was selected.
