It was an on campus. I would like to share my experience of sutherland to you friends. The pre placement talk started around 11 and it got over by 12:30. Then the non-process took place and they asked me to write essay on the topic "where do you spend your time with your family" then they divided into batches for Group discussion.
I was the fifth batch and that was the last batch. For my batch it was JD because around 34 Were in my batch among them only 2 Were shortlisted to the next round.then I moved to the telephonic round were the will ask us to speak through mobile phone and a HR from US spoke to me. He asked me to introduce myself and about my family.
Among 120 Students only 10 Were got offer. Myself among them.
