Placement Papers - Sutherland

Interview experience:
                
Friends, recently I have attended Sutherland company placement. It was quite easy. There are only 2 type of recruitment process.

1) Voice.
2) Non voice.

1) Essay writing:

(It is non-voice process in which they will check how we are representing the essay which was given and one point is thiis not a elimination round).

2) GD:

In this, they have made 20 batches each batches consist of 31 people. Friends, it was quite tough to be selected in this round because in each batch the interviewer selected only one person who has a sweet voice with good fluency (as it is a call centre they require a person with sweet voice). So guys don\'t be loud at this round be cool and express your views in low voice. Unfortunately no one is selected in some batches.

3) TELEPHONIC ROUND:

Those people who are selected from GD. After completing GD, they are only 19 students from 450 students. These 19 students attended telephonic round in which you will be supplied with a phone in which you will get a call from the Sutherland officers who are in Canada. Now you have to answer the question what they are asking. Guys some of my friends are unable to understand their slang and they got disqualified in that round. So please be careful while answering. The questions are basics like 1 why Sutherland etc.

From total 450 members only 10 got selected. In GD, most of the people got rejected by the interviewer, so be careful at GD and be your voice like sweet. The interviewer doesn\'t see how much matter you are saying in GD. He will check how you way of slang and fluency.
