Placement Papers - Sterling and Wilson

Sterling & Wilson a Shapoorji Pallonji group company came to my college for campus placement for a post of GET (Electrical & Mechanical Branch). The eligibility criteria were very simple it was 60% in B.E.

There were 4 steps which was done in a single day.
1) PPT - The person told us about the company and believe me we were very much influenced by the PPT as the company has good projects in there catalogue.

2) Written Test - It was purely a TECHNICAL TEST consisting of 30 questions (For electrical branch only basic questions on MACHINE & TRANSFORMER were asked) Time given for the test was 30 minutes.

3) GD - Current affairs topics were given.

4) Personal Interview - It was a difficult task as the interview panel was very rude to male candidates and basic questions on electrical engineering were asked like the principle of transformer, which colour of wire is used for earthing also practical questions on electrical were asked.
