I attended the Sopra campus placement drive for Trainee-Engineer.
Round 1:
Online Technical Test- 30 questions 70 minutes.
Most of the questions were based on pseudo-code of data structures. A clear concept of algorithms and data structures is a must for clearing this round.
70 students out of 500 cleared this round.
Round 2:
Paper-based Technical Test- 11 questions 60 minutes.
This round was tough and consisted of questions from flowcharts and algorithms. One needs very good logical and mental ability to clear this round.
21 students cleared this round.
Round 3:
Group discussion.
This round was eliminated and normal topics were given in GD's.
Round 4:
Technical/HR interview.
Mostly HR questions and questions about the project. Some students were asked to write code for sorting, linked lists and queues but not in my case.
Finally, 15 students were called letters and some gifts and I was one of them.
