Placement Papers - Secure Meters

Hi friends,

I am Navjot Singh from M.B.M Engineering College, Jodhpur. It was a campus placement drive, so first there was a pre-placement talk in which the company explained about itself, their history, their work ethic and many more. The placement procedure started with a written test which had 2 sections.

Section 1: Logical test, it was not an aptitude test instead a kind of psychometric test where they checked your IQ level.

Section 2: Technical test, where basic understanding of subject was tested.

Fortunately, I cleared written test round. Now it was GD round, a totally different kind of GD, where they put up some questions and we had to answer as fast as possible with accuracy. Also debate session was included in it. They basically test your mental ability, confidence level & who you are.

I cleared this round too and was shortlisted for an interview. In total 9 candidates were shortlisted. The interview was divided into 2 rounds TR & HR. My interview (TR one) lasted for 2.5 hours and believe me that was not an easy one. The interview started with check on basics, further, the level was increased. In short, they had checked all the subjects which I had studied right from first sem to 7th semester.

HR round was easy, it lasted for 15 minutes only. Now it was the time of results, and fortunately, I was the only one who was selected.

I can't express my feelings in words. It was the best day I ever had.
