Hi all. I would like to share my interview experience with you. Scope International people came to my college on Dec 14. It was an on-campus for my college. Other colleges also came.

The selection process had 3 rounds:

1. General aptitude.
2. GD.
3. Technical/HR.

The process began sharply at 9.00 am with the aptitude round.

Aptitude round consisted of 3 sections:

I) General vocabulary test (20 min for 20 questions).
II) Quans (20 min for 25 questions).
III) C programmminig (15 min for 15 questions).

So total of 55 minutes for 60 questions. The sectional cutoff was considered. First, they handed over the vocabulary section. It was tough and we had to go through some comprehension skills and basic grammar.

After 20 minutes, they gave the quantitative section. The next section was C programming where they asked some simple programs and flowcharts to find the output. It was a little tough for me. But those who have very good knowledge of C can easily work through it. Then they put the PPT. It must be observed carefully. At about 5.30 evening they announced the shortlisted results for the first round.

I got selected luckily and they asked to get ready for GD. Students were divided into several batches. 8 per batch. And I was in the 4th group. In the MA batch, only 5 were present out of 8. The topic was about Facebook so it was easy for me to shoot my points. 4 were selected in my group and I was one among them. GD was completed for all at 8 pm. They asked the selected students to get ready for the TECHNICAL/HR round. Final round. It was 9.30 pm when I was called. HR was very cool.

HR: Hello (shack hands with me).
Me: Hello sir.

HR: How are you doing?
Me: I am good sir.

HR: Give a brief intro about yourself.
Me: Gave. (Then he saw my resume fully and since I conducted a puzzle event in my college symposium he started asking puzzles.). I can't able to solve them.

HR: Ok, I have given enough time for you. I think you are very hungry now. Let me solve it. Got it?
Me: Yes sir.

HR: So you'll delete the puzzle event in your resume? (I thought for a while and said.)
Me: No sir. From tomorrow onwards I will start practising solving puzzles.
(He started smiling. I think that's the point he was little impressed by me.)

HR: Ok, tell me about scope international. Why do you want to work here.?
Me: Told more about scope.

HR: Tell me about your final year project.
Me: Told.

HR: Ok then it was nice talking to you. Have your dinner soon. Sorry for making you wait for a longer time.
Me: Thats ok sir. Thank you, sir. (shacked hands).

After 30 minutes about 10.30 pm, they announced the final list of selected students. Totally 30 students were selected. I was really tense because I didn't solve the puzzles during the interview. At last, my name came 28th. Was very happy to get selected.

See you all in scoope.
