Hi,
The first round is obviously a written exam of 60 bits 30 aptitudes and 30 technical with 80 minutes time span.
The second round both combined TR and HR at a time in my panel one was TR and another one was HR. HR always wanted to know about your family and your way of behaviour these things have been observed. The TR gave a hint in the company presentation that he is from EEE background I felt it was going to be very hard for TR when I entered into panel round first I got tense then he started asking questions tell me about yourself and technical questions about lifts but unfortunately I don't know the job description it's for sales department then I get fixed being an engineer working for sales it's not fair, I just attempted for an interview to experience for my first interview how I'm presenting me and pro's and con's they will also ask about how do you get deals for their company.
The package was huge 4.5L but sales for an engineering graduate my experience may help someone. Be throw with marketing strategies.
