Placement Papers - Rudder Analytics

Rudder Analytics is one of the startup types company started one year ago. They had organized their first off-campus process at Indira College, Wakad. There were rounds in recruitment process.

First Aptitude, second coding and final round was TR plus HR round.

For aptitude round, there were 20 questions to be solved within 1 hour. All the questions were based on quantitative aptitude. Each question had a different weightage on the basis of its difficulty level. This is easy round for those who are good in solving such questions with good speed.

Second round was coding, We all thought that, This was the toughest round. There were two coding questions has to be solved in 80 minutes of time. One can use any language to solve the problems. Luckily I had more experience of this round, Hence clear it in good manner. Last round was easy. It is technical plus HR round. They had only checked the confidence of students with simple oops concepts.

After interview I waited 3 days for results, check my email continuously. After that got email regarding selection. I was very happy at time and celebrated this with my family.
