Dear all,
Rolta is a big firm in IT product development. Its my experience hope so helpfully for you. It's only a day process.
First Round Aptitude:
Pen Paper Test, there are 40 questions and 45 minutes to solve. Which 20 questions maths Aptitude (moderate), 10 questions on Java, 5 questions based on HTML and 5 questions related to SQL.
Second Round F2F interview:
They are asking only for Core and Advanced basic questions. It's quite difficult for me.
Last Round HR:
Its round for formality, normal questions asked than just document verification etc. I got selected, this day is the best day of my life.
Don't give up, always keep in your mind something is better waiting for you.
