Recruitment was in 2 stages 1st was written test and 2nd was Personal Interview (PI). Written test was conducted by aspiring minds. In written test there were 2 rounds 1st was ELQ (English, Logical aptitude, Quantitative aptitude) in which there were 30 minutes for 30 questions, 2nd was technical in which there were 30 minutes for 50 questions.

Shortlisted students of round 1 was eligible for round 2, In PI the atmosphere was very friendly and positive, they asked 3 or 4 technical questions and 3 or 4 technical questions.

Suggestions:

In written test try to score above 80% marks in ELQ portion it will increase your chances of selection. After clear round 1, you have to fill up one form which consists of questions like your weaknesses, your strengths, describe your personality, and your role model.

In PI they asked basic technical questions i.e. What is distillation? Significance of tray in distillation tower? What to do if we are not getting top product purity in distillation tower?
