Company name- Reliance Industries Limited (RIL).
Location- Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.
CTC- 5.5 L+ Non cash benefits.
Total selected- 6 out of 300.
Dates- Online test on 23 september 2017.
Interview on 25 september 2017.
Process:
A) Online test (Aptitude test + IT related test):
It related test: Algorithms questions and logical questions.
No specific syntax related questions.
A total 20 questions of 1 mark each and duration given was 30 minutes.
Aptitude test: Quants, verbal, logical- Total 30 questions of 2 marks each and duration given was 30 minutes, practice from Indiabix.com and try to complete 20 questions in 20 mins.
Total number of students appeared- 300 (All branches except Mech).
Number of students selected after aptitude test- 29.
B) Interview:
Panel consisted of 3 members (1 Technical and 2 HR).
Questions were asked on following topics.
1. ADBMS (Difference between ADBMS and RDBMS).
2. RDBMS (Maximum questions on this topic basic concepts and queries).
3. Cyber security (General awareness questions were asked on this topic).
4. OOPM (Concepts were asked).
5. OS (In detail this topic was discussed with some of the students).
6. Web development (Backend and front end both).
7. Questions on your projects (Lasted for 20 mins so prepare well).
8. HR people asked for role model, weaknesses, strengths, where do you see yourself after 10 years, etc.
My interview duration for 40 to 50 minutes.
Explained all above mentioned topics with the help of examples which were appreciated by them. I was relaxed throughout the process so that I can be more expressive to them.
Out of 29, they selected only 6.
