Hi everyone, the company which is being discussed is a No. 1 Software Testing Company. I would like to share my selection process to all of you on behalf of your interest.
PART A- Aptitude Test.
This comprises of 30 questions in all with no negative markings for a hour duration. Sections were of Simple Interest, Compound Interest, C++ Programming, Java Programming, Ratio & Proportion, Calendars, Time and Distance, Basic Maths which involves speed maths. No sectional cut-off feel free to attempt all.
PART B- Technical Round.
They ask questions based on your strong subjects in academics as for me it was Java, they asked me about; The pillars of OOPS concept with real life examples, Java code to swap two variables without using a third variable, All inbuilt methods of String class, And some questions related to projects which has been undertaken in the course.
PART C- HR Interview.
Tell me about yourself, As usual, they asked about your family background, would you like to relocate, The overall selection process was easy and the Interviewers are very frank in nature tried not to get nervous, answered with confidence, do not bluff.
There were a total of 20 students who were shortlisted for Interviews and I was one of them. And Finally, for HR only 8 were shortlisted and I got selected finally.
