I have attended the campus interview of "POORNAM INFO VISION PVT LTD ".
On 10th April 14 in my college- University Institute of Technology, Burdwan.
There were 3 rounds -an aptitude test, and a group discussion followed by a personal interview.
Aptitude test:
There were 100 MCQ questions.
30-mathematical.
30-logical.
40-verbal.
And a paragraph writing, [my topic was who is an employee].
This round was of 60 minutes.
2nd round was a group discussion, they made a group of 10 candidates and gave them names like number 1, and number 2. Number 10,
During the discussion, we had to call other participants by their given name.
Our topic was whether an aptitude test is essential for the recruitment process.
Then we had to fill up a form instantly with all the information like interests, achievements, extracurricular activities etc.
The final round was an interview, both technical as well as HR,
If you are preparing for Poornam then must be ready with Linux, networking and OS,
They used to ask many questions from that area, other than that, I had faced questions like implementing q using stack, bcnf etc.
Finally, the interviewers were impressed by me and told me must wait for the results, with that sentence I guessed that they had something +ve about me,
