Hello all,
I know you are reading this because you worrying about your placement but don\'t take tension you will get your dream job for that just do good preparation and stay focus.
I will come to directly to my Placement drive. I attended placement drive of Polaris at G.H. Raisoni, Nagpur. We have eligibility of 75% above in 10th and 12th and aggregate of engineering above 7 grade.
1st round was simple aptitude test consist of 50 questions within 70 min. Even you can use calculator also. Aptitude test consist of basic aptitude units such as Numbers, P&C, some verbal questions, some common sense questions. You can easily crack this test if good at basic aptitude. Cutoff for test is 30. Almost from 300 students only 82 cracked aptitude test.
2nd round is direct interview no Gd this time. If you crack the aptitude almost 80% chance of getting job is done. Then I faced my interview. Some simple questions they ask such as introduce yourself, why do you want join company as you are ECE student. Just prepare good about your final year project they will ask you many questions on that. Interview was easy and HR is very friendly with me. Just they are checking confidence in you and no technical questions ask to me.
