Hi, Whoever going to attend Polaris, it is going to be an easy task.
First round :They call it as PAT, where 50 basic aptitude questions were asked. It requires just presence of mind to solve it. No prior preparation is needed. 50 questions 70 minutes.
Second round: GD - Again no preparation is needed;Isn\'t a hard nut to crack afterall.
Third round : HR - Depending on the HR, it would be a technical or a personal. Formal questions like long term goal and short term goals, self intro, some basic technical.
The HR is so nice to me.. After all, impressing people by showcasing your skills is what needed in an interview.
