Hi friends I attended the Persistent interview.
There were 4 rounds.
1] Technical Aptitude.
- Most of the questions from Software Engineering and Software Testing were on programming and Networking also and 2 to 3 questions on Reasoning.
So this was the first round there were a total of 60 questions from my college there were almost 400 students and out of them only 23 managed to crack aptitude.
2] Technical Interview 1.
- All 23 students were called for a TI1 (Technical Interview 1) and they were calling 2 students at a time. After entering the room interviewer asked for my resume we both submitted the resume he took it then he asked my friend "Do you like patterns" he said yes and he gave him a program to write on pattern and turn to me I was pretty sure he was not gone asked me to write program he started with introduction I gave him introduction after introduction he started asking questions on database, data structure, operating System, Micro-Processor, software testing and programing languages you mentioned in the CV and he keep asking questions until you gave him a wrong answer or until you say "sorry sir I don't know the answer". He was giving a program aimed at my friend this was about oral questions now it was time for real programming so he gave 2 programs first was on pattern and second was on binary search. While I was writing the program he was asking question to my friend but my friend was not that confident about the answers he was giving interviewer sent him back. After he came to me and asked me to describe my programs I did it and he was looking satisfied with my performance then he sent me outside. I faced TI1 for 1 and a half hour.
After completing everybody`s TI1 it was result time I was selected for the next round out of 23 only 10 were selected for the next round.
3] Technical Interview 2.
-In the Technical Interview he kept me asking about my all the projects which I completed in my entire engineering career I mentioned about 4 projects and explained to him most of them was web-based. Then he asked me about Networking, Computer Security, Ethical Hacking, and some test cases on LED TV. He asked me to write a program on bubble sort and SQL injection prevention whole round was based on whatever I mentioned in my CV. So guys be careful while making CVs. I gave this interview for 1 hour.
After completing 10 student`s Technical Interview rounds it was result time I was selected for the HR round out of 10 only 3 were selected for the HR round.
4] Personal Interview.
After completing Technical Interview. I was getting a feeling that I would definitely get placed because persistence focuses more on technical interviews. In the HR round they only check whether you can convey your thoughts properly or not.
He asked me the following questions:
1) Tell Me About Yourself Shubham?
2) Tell me about your college Shubham.
3) What do your friends think about you?
4) Why would you like to join Persistent?
5) What if I rejected you today?
6) What makes you Unique Shubham?
After giving answers to all these questions he asked me to take my friend`s interview and after taking her interview he kept asking why did asked these questions. So I gave him some reasons I was checking confidence and all the factors that`s why I asked this question.
After giving all these reasons interviewer asked me "Do You Have any Questions about Persistence?" I said no and he asked me to wait outside for the result I thanked him for taking the interview and I came out I was waiting for my results with crossed fingers and finally it`s result time he said all 3 of you are selected they gave us Employment form to fill we filled it and we left.
