Placement Papers - Persistent Systems

Hello friends,

I appeared for Pool campus of Persistent Systems pvt lmt. It has one online test (Aptitude), 2 technical interviews, and 1 HR round.

Aptitude was normal (IndiaBix). It has 60 questions giving time 60 minutes. Some logical reasoning.

Then in 1st Technical round, they check the programming skills and knowledge in programming language. They give various programs to write. Some Data structure problems. Also some puzzles.

Then in 2nd Technical round, they ask various questions from DBMS, C, C++, JAVA, OS, puzzles, logical skills, SEPM, etc.

Then in the HR round, they ask about Introduce Yourself, strengths, weakness (with justification), Persistent, further planning, further studies, why should I hire you, etc.

Guys' strengths weaknesses hobbies, and areas of improvement, are the things which are more taken in the HR round.

They provide a very comfortable atmosphere, and throughout the process no stress interviews, more focused towards technical skills.

After selection from all these processes. You still have one round to go to get entry as a permanent employee. That is a test (My Passion Challenge) which will be taken at their campus.

Programming will help you a lot. It was a good experience. From a selected student in pool campus.
