Placement Papers - Persistent Systems

There were 4 rounds for persistent interview process.

1. Aptitude (includes Arithmetic + Technical (OS, CN, Software Testing, Data Structure, java, SQL and 2 Simple programs) ).
2. First Technical interview.
3. Second Technical interview.
4. HR interview.

1. In First technical, first asked me to introduce myself, after that started actual interview, mostly asked all the basic questions of all the subjects (Data Structure, Computer Network (layers, protocols etc.,) , asked to write some SQL queries, asked to write java program for reversing a number using recursion, factorial of a number, palindrome etc. Basic programs).

Again asked me to, rate yourself for knowledge of java, I have rated 7/10.

Prepare program for sorting (Bubble sort, merge sort etc.,) for Data Structure and all basic concepts of data structure like stack, queue.

Asked about the BE current project. - please explain well.

He asked me some puzzles.

That interview was about 40-45 minutes.

And I have cleared my first technical interview.

2. Second technical interview was about to 20-25 minutes, in that he asked me about my favorite subject, I told Data Structure, so asked me some basic questions on Data Structure Stack, Queue, asked to write program for Doubly linked list for all operations insert, traverse, delete an element from LinkedList.

In this way, I have cleared this round as well.

3. Next round was HR round, mostly they don't eliminate candidate from this round, questions like below.

1. Introduce yourself.
2. Strength and weakness.
3. Hobbies (can include in introduction).
4. Any questions for me ?
5. What do you know about our company ? etc.

This round was easy, Simple questions.

And finally I have selected for Persistent systems.
