Pegasystems is known to be a product based company, but for serving to their client- they came for recruitment on Pega platform for app build and support. They gave us a shortlist of 70+ students based on our marks, attendance and everything. The interview process was very lengthy, drive started at 9 AM in the morning and lasted till 9 PM for me.
There were 3 rounds of interview(s).
1. Technical.
2. HR.
3. Senior Leadership.
Technical- They covered almost everything in CS Subjects- in related with projects on our resume.
HR- It was simple, with few straightforward questions.
Senior Leadership- This could be a weird round for some of us, In this round, they will ask you a mix of HR and Puzzles and Google lot of puzzles for interviews. Download interview puzzles from the App Store. Last round will be a determining factor, as there could be no reason for rejection.
