Hi all, Welcome to the post of my Paraxel Company experience. First of all like the company is very small and the people who work there are also very less and its mainly a clinical service-based company.

First round is as usual written test. As the company is small and it also has a very small auditorium, it doesn't have enough space to make people sit for exams too. So they'll make you sit in its small cafeteria (disgusting) and write the exam.

The pattern is like 12 questions consisting of 4 C program written, 1 flow chart answer with explanation, 4 logical puzzle questions with proper explanations, and 3 tables given with all queries asked to be written, You need to be fast as they give only 5 minutes for each question and if you are not fast enough you will run out of time. After like 1 or 2 months they'll shortlist and they'll call you.

Next is a technical interview.

There will be 1 Indian guy and 1 US guy over Skype and 1 UK guy over Skype. They will batter you up with questions and queries about C, SQL, data structures, and testing tools 1 after the other even the Indian guy doesn't understand what foreign guys are saying. So you need to manage all of them.

As HR round is also mixed in it you need to be crucial about the interview. After 10 days they will call you and select you. I got selected and got basic pay of 2 lakh per annum and the bad thing is even after you get selected if you don't work hard there, they will terminate you without any sympathy.
