Interview experience:
Hi friends, recently Osmosys company came to my campus. In that totally 95 members attended.
Total rounds are,
1) Basic engineering, basic maths and basics of it.
2) Advanced eng, advanced maths & advanced it.
3) GD.
4) Written communication test.
5) Flow chart (problem solving through flow chart).
6) Technical + HR interview.
In this every round is the elimination round. The person who clears the 1st round eligible. For the next round, Out of 95 members 26 clears 1st round. In that again 17 clears 2nd round. For that 17 members they had conducted remaining rounds. Out of 17, 7 members selected finally.
Starting rounds are very important rounds, once clear the 1st and 2nd rounds. Remaining all in our hands. TR + HR is very easy round. In that 7 members I'm one of the person.
Me: May I come in sir.
HR: Yes come in.
Me: Good evening sir.
HR: Replied & asked my resume.
(We should full grip on the resume, what you wrote in that with dates. He asked about mini projects & percentages & entire resume covered.)
HR: About family- full details in case your siblings do any job you have to know complete details about their job.
HR: Hobbies & Habits.
HR: Asked about typing speed.
My HR round went very well, they are friendly with me during the entire drive & they need real answers from you not from Google answers, they noted each & every quote you said in an interview, so be careful before answering. Even though Osmosys is startup company I like the way of telling in a preplacement talk by CEO. Very nice experience.
