Hi. I am Sai Alekhya. I attended the NTT data written test on 13/01/2015 at Lakkireddy Balireddy College of Engineering. The selection process is a written test, Group discussion, TR, and HR.

Written test consists of aptitude, reasoning, Verbal ability and basics of programming languages. Written test is very easy. Just concentrate on the basics of all the topics. I was qualified for the written test.

Next round is Group Discussion. Keep in mind that GD is the main scrutiny for NTT DATA to reject a maximum of students. So more concentrate on GD. I got qualified in GD. My topic is "GOOD THINGS COME FROM GOOD THINKING OR NOT".

Next round is TR. For non-cse students, it is very easy. They will just ask about the basics. I qualified in TR. They called me for HR. Remember one thing in HR if you give smart answers and if you are open then definitely you will get selected.

Answer: Why not IT?

In HR they asked me about the company and why I want to join the company and about my project. That's it.

I got selected for NTT DATA.
