Placement Papers - NTT DATA

Hi friends. I attended NTT DATA pool campus interview at RVR; JC College Guntur.

The recruitment process consists of 4 rounds.
1. Written test through amcat.
2. Group discussion.
3. Technical round.
4. Management round.

1) A written test is conducted by amcat. It consists of English, aptitude, computer programming (mostly data structures like sorting, searching etc.) and logical reasoning.

Questions are very easy except that you can't answer the question once you have attempted it. So be careful.

2) The next round is a group discussion. Since it is a pool campus from 1400 students around 240 members were selected for GD. They grouped us into 24 batches each consisting of 12 members. The topics were very easy to like (women empowerment, and reasons for Indian students studying in abroad). They gave us 2 minutes after declaring the topic. Since I initiated the discussion I gained marks. Out of 12 members, 4 were selected.

3) The next round is a technical interview. Since I am a computer science student they asked us for some simple programs. And about software engineering. Sometimes they may ask about puzzles also. Make sure that your resume is updated.

4) Then comes the Management round. Again they asked us about some programs. And they posed questions on my strengths and team managing skills. Be confident and answer the questions.

Around 50 members were given the job opportunity. And by God's grace I was one of them.
