NTT Data Company came for the selection of engineers from Computer science, Information technology and Electronics and communication department only. Selection process was conducted by NTT Data to fill requirements of post of Sr. Associate Consultant. It was a pool drive. We had written test on NTT Data Company came for the selection of engineers from Computer Science, Information Technology and Electronics and Communication department only. Selection process was conducted by NTT Data to fill requirements of post of Sr. Associate Consultant. It was a pool drive. We had written test on January 16th, 2017 and interviews on January 23rd and January 24th. The recruitment Process comprises of 4 rounds:-

1) Written test.
2) Group discussion.
3) Technical Interview.
4) Managerial Interview.

Written test:-
Around 1300+ students have taken written test and 350 students were shortlisted. It was an online test conducted by AMCAT. An adaptive test with moderate difficulty level. Once you answer a question you can't come back. There was no negative marking. 350 students cleared the written test. Next was Group Discussion Round. 175 students were interviewed on 23rd January and rest on 24th January.

English- 25 Questions, 25 minutes.
Quantitative ability- 25 Questions, 35 minutes.
Logical reasoning- 24 Questions, 35 minutes.
Computer programming- 25 Questions, 25 minutes.

Group discussion:-
175 students were divided into batches of 12 members each. Then we proceeded to the GD room. Topics were common like Role of Media in Indian Society and should we wear formals in company or not. GD duration was 15 mins. In my group everyone spoke. So no one was eliminated. If you speak confidently and have your points related to topic you will make this round clear. Around 110 students cleared this round.

Next we were asked to fill up a form that asked all the personal information and details from schooling to college, achievements, strengths, weakness, gap in education etc. And at the end of the form we were asked to write few words about a personality who is a role model, a mentor or someone who has motivated you. And Next, we had Technical Interview.

Technical Interview:-
Tell me about yourself. All questions related to those things that you mentioned in resume.
Oops Concepts with example through program.
Programs Related to Stack and Queue and Linked List.
Project Related Questions.
Asked SQL Queries.
In TI, candidates were again shortlisted. Around 80 students cleared the TI. Next was Managerial Interview.

Managerial Interview:-
They asked general question from my resume and about extra co-curricular activities after my introduction. They also asked few tricky questions. Asked about my project. It last for 20 mins. It was not as much simple as it looks. They were directly rejecting candidates on spot and rest candidates were put on hold and had to wait in seminar hall for the final list. At Last 49 students out of 175 cleared the whole process of Day 1.

This same process was continued for the rest of 175 students on Day 2 i.e. 24th January. Around 65 students were shortlisted from Day 2.

So total of around 105-110 students were there who cleared the round and were waiting for the final list in auditorium. So at 7.30 pm, they announced the result and 66 students were finally selected.
