I am Manoj Sharma, I attended NIC face to face interview in July 2013.

I want to tell you something about my experience in this interview.

I was facing 6 people at a time and they were going to ask me question one by one and pressurized me. When I was giving answer they were all time trying to confuse me and ask me that are you sure about that? could you like to change you answer or not? on that time you have to be confident and just say, Sir I am damn sure about my answer.

One thing more at the ending of interview they were asking question on behalf of Resume, as one question is why you have got different numbers in you schooling, can you dance right now (because I have mention dance, in my hobbies).

I was going on there for the profile of .Net Developer.

1. What\'s your hobbies in mention your resume?

2. Have you any Idea about your resume headline?

3. Tell me about your project experience?

4. What do you know about NIC?

5. What is SMO?

6. Have you any experience in Crystal Report?

7. What is your expectation from our company ?

8. Can you join today if you select right now ?

(I prefer say No, because no one can do it, if you doing job any where).

9. Are you confuse about your answers?

10. Why you want to join us? tell me 2-3 points.
