Campus recruitment procedure of NBC. Shortlisting criterion was 65+ percentage overall. About 49 students got shortlisted from mechanical department.
Then there was GD, topics were mostly based on manufacturing, industrial and quality in India. They literally opened IndiaBix in front of us and then gave topic. There was 8 minutes time for discussion for a batch of around 10. Six students got selected for PI. Sometimes, they take psychometric test but it is not the elimination round.
Interview panel consisted of 2 HR and 1 Manufacturing Engineer. It was just a usual interview process. They mainly focus on technical skills.
Only 1 candidate got placed after a long process.
