Hi Guys,
The Mu Sigma came to our college on the 2nd and 3rd of July 2014.
It was Wednesday morning. They took five rounds and hired 14 people with a package of 18 laks for 3 years. They provided details of the bond and package during their presentation.
Round 1:
It was a quantitative aptitude round with negative markings. Around 1200 people were seated for this round and they only shortlisted 270 people.
Round 2&3:
Rounds 2 and 3 were combined rounds on next day.
The 2nd round was video synthesis where they showed the video and we had to conclude what we learned from that video.
The 3rd round was logical problem-solving. They gave given us a table and pseudo code and we had to predict the output.
They shortlisted 71 people for the next round.
Round 4:
It was a Group Discussion round. They gave us a case study and two minutes of time and we had to discuss that case study.
They shortlisted 24 people.
Round 5:
The last round was the HR round. It was just a formality to test your communication skills and to check whether you were ready to sign a bond of three years or not.
Finally they selected 14 people.
