Hello, friends.
This post is for those students who think their English is not right or they are not fit for some particular company, and they lose their confidence. Firstly I would like to thank, IndiaBix. If you have patience, then start reading, and I promise this will help you. In my college, placement process has three Phase- Day 0, Day 1 and Day 2.
And in Day 0 companies like Deloitte, Directi, Amazon, Dell, etc. Visits whose package is excellent. For my batch, it started from Deloitte and unfortunately, I didn't make the written exam, and some of my friends got selected in this company. After all this, there was a lot of pressure on me, but I thought still I have many opportunities and now more hard work required.
In next four companies placement drive I was not able to sit, because of my 12th board percentage (it was less than 70% Bihar Board), and this was more frustrating for me.
Then Day 1 placement drive started, and there were four companies in this drive (Accenture, Infosys, Cognizant and Wipro), and finally, my hard work paid off, and I got selected in all these four companies, and I was delighted, but still I have had to achieve more. There is one policy in our college if some company visit our campus and the package of that company is 1.5 times higher than your enterprise you can sit in the placement drive of that company.
Now the time was for Day 2, and on Day 2 companies like Mu Sigma, SAP, Barclays visits, and Mu Sigma was the first company of Day 2.
There were four rounds which students were supposed to clear.

So guys never lose the hope, work hard and keep dreaming.
