Placement Papers - Mphasis

Hi Everyone,

I hope my experience would help you all. Now coming to the point Cocubes conducted an online test for recruitment in Mphasis all over West Bengal in Different engineering colleges on 22nd March, 2015. The online exam consist of 20 Apti, 20 logical reasoning, 20 english question and 15 question from computer fundamental.

To be frank the questions were quite easy. But you need speed specially for the Data interpretation and long comprehension passage. Now the Cut off was 40/75. I cleared the online test. Only 9 fellows cleared the online test from our college.

We were called for Final Round Interview which was on 31st March, 2015. That Day was my birthday actually.

We reached MCKV for our final round. I am surprised that 165 candidates were selected for this Round from all over the WB. After Waiting for 1 hour the M.Phasis Team came with those cocubes fellows.

They shown us the PPT of their reputed organisation and told us They will conduct three rounds,

1. GD.
2. PI.
3. VERSANT TEST.

Coming To GD, we were given ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION as our GD topic.

I cleared it.

In PI.

The M.Phasis Gentlemen asked me about my project, if I have any plan for higher Education, comfortable with relocation. etc.

I cleared it.

In VERSANT ROUND,

Only those fellows who are cool minded and have the habit of watching English movies without subtitle can clear it.

It is simple and easy test for Cool Minded People.

I cleared it and at last I am selected.

After coming home I also got the good news that I cleared AFCAT also.
